Electrician needed for a large well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Manchester who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Electrician that takes pride in their work. The successful candidates will be taking on breakdowns as and when, looking at lighting, heating, power supplies etc. My client would like candidates with their MUPEs (Mobile elevated work platforms) as there will be some working at heights. The successful candidate would need to hold their 18th edition and have a strong maintenance background.

What the role entails:
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the clients maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work
- Maintenance and repair of Electrical Systems including Lighting, Heating, Power Supplies etc.
- Carry out Installation work and complete appropriate Certification
- Operation and interrogation of BMS/HVAC systems
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork/documentation is completed accurately
