Please note we are only able to consider candidates with strong credit investing backgrounds; we are not targeting talent who are heavily equity focused.
What we are looking for:
- Credit investment experience
- European deal exposure across credit and special situations
- Ideally European language skills (Native / C1/C2/Business level)
- Investment profiles of those able to carry out a 360 role, from sourcing to execution of a deal
- Strong Buyside experience
We are not able to consider applicants with the following profiles:
- Those currently involved on the Banking / Advisory / Sell-side
- Portfolio Managers
- Business Developers
- Accountants / CFOs / FDs / Financial Advisors
- Researchers
- Those with purely equity investing experience and no track record of investing across the credit space
Snapshot: The firm currently has an AUM of €2.5 billion and has invested across a broad geographical base and is sector agnostic. If you are an experienced credit investor, who is perhaps looking to jump ship due to lack of activity or maybe to join a nimbler and more proactive team, this could be a great option to consider.
Applicants with European language skills are often preferred; however, they are not essential (native German, Italian, French being highly sought).
On offer will be a competitive base salary, as a guide it would be in the region of £150,000 to £180,000; however, the firm would prefer to have conversations surrounding salary and compensation directly with applicants.
