Associate Director, Real Estate Finance (Equity), Central London

An established, trusted, and well‑respected real estate financial advisory is currently exploring the idea of hiring someone to join the team in London who will focus on their equity offering and work to improve equity funding lines with PE, family office and property developers.
The role is ideal for someone with current experience and involvement within the real‑estate equity space, with a proven track record in sourcing and securing deals and leading finance deals from cradle to grave.
We imagine those most interested will have a demonstratable history of structuring joint‑venture partnerships and strong investor‑relations skills.
The job will involve generating new business, focusing on client relations, developing, nurturing, and managing expectations, building long‑term foundations, and providing professional service. You will negotiate and secure equity mandates from existing clients as well as win new business, regularly attend real‑estate related industry events, network, and market the business within relevant circles. You will also put together investor packs, prepare and review cashflows, and other relevant financials.
Working with the wider team you will have full support and the potential to progress into a more senior position within the firm with broader responsibilities and greater financial return.
