Brief: Lead Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) needed for a large well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Chelsea, London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Lead Shift Engineer that takes pride in their work and has a strong understanding of electrical fault finding, diagnosis, repairs and reactive maintenance.
The successful candidate would have a relevant qualification - i.e. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations, AM2 and 18 Edition etc. - and have a keen interest in M&E Engineering. If you have commercial experience in Facilities Management that would be a plus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Lead Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) will include:
- Lead the electrical engineering team and achieve planned maintenance targets
- Complete electrical fault finding, diagnosis, repairs and reactive maintenance
- Maintain electrical and mechanical systems, statutory compliance, site records and safe systems of work
- Manage client requests, quotations, reports and subcontractor activities
- Maintain a professional image onsite, ensuring cleanliness and good working relationships
- Operate Permit to Work systems in line with organisation and client procedures
