Workspace ONE Engineer needed for a 9 month contract Inside IR35 based in London. Looking for an experienced Workspace ONE Engineer / Airwatch specialist for mobile (iOS / Android) with an in-depth knowledge of Workspace ONE, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and a strong understanding of security and device hardening with mobile devices.

Some of the main duties of the Workspace ONE Engineer will include:

  • Support existing Workspace ONE customers with troubleshooting, upgrades and general questions.
  • Recommend new or upgraded hardware/software.
  • Work with vendors for product enhancement announcements and other issues.
  • Test, validate, and deploy policies and configurations to endpoints.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operating procedures.
  • Manage ticket escalations supporting our endpoint technology stack.
  • Create and follow device and software lifecycle policies.
  • Minimise system policies and agent-based footprint on a corporate device.
  • Maintain a software service catalog (enterprise App store).

What you need to be the successful Workspace ONE Engineer:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing an MDM / EMM solution and SaaS based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security and device hardening, especially with mobile devices such as phones and tablets.
  • Strong experience managing and administering Android and iOS devices with Workspace ONE.
  • Understanding of Windows 11 and macOS device management.
  • Experience in IaaS/PaaS Compute such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
