We are working on a new Surveying role which has recently opened within a real estate investment firm based in London. The firm owns and operates a large property portfolio in the UK. The opening is to recruit an experienced Surveyor who has a commercial property background, sitting at the Senior Surveyor – Associate Surveyor level who has experience and interest in working within the landlord and tenant space.
The team you would be working within covers the full range of L&T services including disposals & acquisitions, rent reviews, renewals & regears.
