Responsibilities:
- Assist the planning team in developing project schedules, incorporating all necessary activities, resources, and constraints.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for accurate project planning.
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning software tools.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking actual versus planned performance, and reporting on schedule variances.
- Contribute to the identification and analysis of project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and presentations, providing clear and concise information.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant project information and gain practical construction industry experience.
Candidate:
- Hold a construction related qualification - Degree / HND / HNC
- Basic understanding of construction planning principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with planning software tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
