Responsibilities

  • Work on high value deals within a credit-focused team, typically ranging from £100 million up to £300 million+
  • Operate in a small, nimble, active, and supportive team environment and play a key role in client-facing activities
  • Provide full exposure to a range of real estate deals; deals are 100% financed with the firm's own capital and no third-party involvement
  • Collaborate with the deal team to learn and develop skills; be at the forefront of deal execution
  • Support the team with analysis and modelling as part of the due diligence process

Qualifications

  • Prospective talent will have 1-2 years' experience, ideally in investment banking, or in a credit fund or private equity fund
  • European language skills preferred, with a preference for German, Spanish, Italian, and French
  • The team focuses on credit deals in the alternatives space with high yields and occasional equity deals
  • A strong educational background and the ability to work well within a team
  • Highly analytical, strong on Excel modelling, and able to handle technical case studies and interviews
