We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner with a strong Mechanical & Electrical background to join a leading contractor client on a long-term freelance contract basis. This is a key regional role, where you will take responsibility for overseeing the planning function across a portfolio of projects throughout Devon and Cornwall. Working closely with project and site teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring programmes are robust, realistic and effectively managed from pre-construction through to delivery.
The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining site visits, office collaboration and remote working. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term freelance position with a busy contractor and a strong pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning function across multiple M&E projects in the region

- Work closely with site, commercial and management teams to support successful project delivery
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner within an M&E contracting environment
