Contract Manager needed for a large well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Burnley who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Contract Manager that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in the hard FM delivery across the contract by working with the operational teams to identify areas for improvement and then implementing appropriate strategies to ensure that the improvement is embedded and sustainable.
Benefits:

What the role entails:
- Manage service providers delivering the planned and reactive maintenance
- Liaise with the client on each establishment on behalf of the service provider
- Carry out contract meetings with the service provider and client on each establishment
- Carry quality audits to assist the assurance quality Manager
- Managing the onsite team delivering the agreed services
- Meet and monitor the performance of the service providers and liaise with the Senior management structure
- Hold monthly review meetings with the Client
- Provide and deliver monthly performance reports to the client
- Fair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levels
- Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
- Promote and drive the company values
- Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change
What experience you need to be the successful Contract Manager:
- Carry out contract meetings with the Client and working groups
- Drive Contract service delivery continuous improvement
- Provide Monthly reports
- Analyse CAFM data
- Work with the Operations Director to deliver strategic execution
- Work closely with the Project Lifecycle team
- Strong leadership skills
- Carry an Authorised Person duty - Desirable
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Manage the onsite team delivering the agreed services (Hard FM delivery and Car Parking Services)
