The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 Β£ per year.

Location: Liverpool/Newport/Norwich/Birmingham - 2 days per week at one of these locations, other 3 days would be remote.

Description:

  • Essential: Public sector procurement experience, contract management, stakeholder engagement, PCR 2015.
  • Knowledge of PA2023.
  • Worked in professional services procurement.
  • Contract management background.
  • This is an officer level role and is a support role but the candidate will be working independently supporting the contract leads.
  • It's a fantastic opportunity to support the GCA on a complex contract they manage on behalf of the public sector.
  • Review and monitor customer buying behaviours from management information to ensure CCS continuously drive improvements to buying behaviours across the public sector.
  • Ensure production of collateral to market and advise customers on how to buy better.
  • Maintain key focus on savings, spend under management, customer service and strategic SRM.
  • Liaison with stakeholders and customers on a variety of levels to support the promotion of new commercial products and initiatives/procurement strategy via working groups, customer meetings, trade events, seminars, exhibitions and other events.
  • Liaise with Account Managers and other relevant CCS personnel to ensure 'one CCS voice'.
  • Support and coordinate initiatives that develop the sub-category offering.
  • Experience and knowledge of PCR 2015.
  • Experience of working with a portfolio of stakeholders.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Public sector experience.
  • Experience of handling complex agreements.
  • Professional services background.
