I am recruiting in the Basingstoke area for a Sales Support Admin who must have previous experience of Sales Support within an IT / Technology background. As a Sales Support Admin within IT / Technology you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality quoting services, supporting service transitions, managing vendor processes, and ensuring smooth operational support for both internal teams and customers.

Sales Support Admin Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional, proactive, and accurate quoting service for internal teams and customers.
  • Update and manage service desk records including contracts, adds, moves, and changes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of annuity contract renewals and quoting processes, and be confident explaining them to others.
  • Own and maintain relevant CRM updates.
  • Build knowledge of vendor compliance models, special pricing, and registration policies.
  • Complete product registrations and manage vendor install‑base updates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries.
  • Ensure service levels and KPI commitments are consistently met.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales Support Admin experience within an IT / Technology background.
  • Previous experience in an internal sales or customer‑facing role.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Confident user of MS Excel and Word.
