We have an exciting opportunity for a Cable / Harness Technician to join our team based in Bedfordshire. This role benefits from our 4xFlex working pattern offering a 4‑day working week Monday–Thursday. You will also be offered ongoing training, support and flexible benefits.
We require a competent technician, capable of cable and harness manufacturing working from drawings and engineering instruction. Competent and safe use of all hand tools is essential, along with the use of jigs, fixtures and measuring tools. A problem solver with a positive attitude is desired. Working with support from Engineering, a methodical and precise approach ensures successful completion of production tasks on high‑value hardware.

The Role
- Cable and Harness manufacturing to specifications using work instructions and engineering drawings in a medium‑volume production environment
- Understanding of ESD controls
- Experience using crimp tools and ability to hand‑solder to high accuracy
- Competent with IT/software packages
- Cleanliness and housekeeping (5S) methodology
- High level of health and safety awareness
- Certified IPC‑620 or experience with IPC/J‑Standards
