What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Manager: Mining, you will manage all facets of the underground material handling project.
  • Safety & Statutory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act and Regulations, maintaining statutory obligations and fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Project Management: Oversee a twin decline development project and exploration programme for potential expansion into a new underground production zone.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Prepare mining schedules to produce accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Contractor Management: Manage Contractor performance to deliver key milestones safely to standard.
  • Infrastructure: Oversee the installation and commissioning of the materials handling capital infrastructure.
