Provide high quality, timely and efficient site administration support. Kambalda or Kalgoorlie residents only.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Site Administrator to join our team at St Ives and play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our site. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong administrative skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with a variety of internal customers.

Accommodation and transport: The role is offered 8 hours per day, 3 days per week. We offer daily bus transportation to and from site from Kalgoorlie and Kambalda. Up to six months’ free, company‑provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under‑represented groups relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support
  • Maintaining accurate records, including a variety of site reports
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, on a range of matters ensuring smooth information flow
  • Assisting with booking travel, accommodation, and site access for visiting staff or contractors

Skills & Qualifications: We are seeking someone proactive, and team focused. You will be adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Skills and experience sought after include:

  • Solid knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a mine‑based office administrative role will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to using SAP, Success Factors, InFlight and InControl beneficial
  • Certificate II level qualification in Business Administration of interest
  • Valid driver’s licence, manual preferred
