As we expand our team, you will be responsible for the scheduling and planning functions of the underground operations to meet all safety, production and cost targets driven by the medium-term plan; and aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the St Ives operations. What You’ll Do

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the 3-monthly production schedules, ensuring alignment with medium-term planning and compliance requirements.
  • Developing integrated resource plans across processing plants and mining infrastructure.
  • Liaise with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure the schedule reflects accurate input and operational readiness.
  • Assist compliance reporting and governance activities to ensure adherence to the site’s 3MS and planning framework.
  • Applying critical path analysis, risk reviews and progress tracking to meet throughput targets.
  • Developing and maintaining integrated schedules across construction and operations interfaces.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment as well as a safety conscious individual.
  • Experience in mine scheduling or operational planning, ideally within a large-scale resource’s underground environment.
  • Collaborative communicator with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and disciplined schedule management.
  • Possess a manual valid Driver’s License.
