Reporting to the Senior Engineer: Mine Planning, you will deliver short- and medium-term planning and scheduling for underground operations to meet safety, production and cost targets aligned with St Ives’ strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Develop the rolling 18-month mining schedule in line with budget requirements.
- Assist with budget schedule preparation.
- Ensure mine plans consider ventilation, infrastructure and paste fill needs.
- Prepare stope designs, level plan layouts, and mining instructions aligned with operational mining schedule.
- Create infrastructure plans and schedules aligned with mining interactions and budget constraints.
- Provide planning guidance to Production and support weekly scheduling.
- Collaborate across departments to support key projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
- WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate (completed or ability to obtain).
- Strong underground engineering experience, ideally in gold.
- Proficiency in MS Office and mining software (Deswik CAD, Deswik Scheduler, Ventsim).
- Manual Driver’s license.
