Reporting to the Senior Engineer: Production, you will deliver short-term planning and scheduling (week level) for underground operations to meet safety, production and cost targets aligned with St Ives’ strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop the 2-week rolling schedule.
  • Translate the monthly plan into daily requirements with the production team and management.
  • Act as the schedule nexus point, advising on the effect of information from the operations team, production engineers, longer term planning and mine management.
  • Ensure schedules and plans consider ventilation, infrastructure and paste fill.
  • Collaborate across departments to support key projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong underground production experience, ideally in gold.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and mining software (Deswik CAD, Deswik Scheduler)
  • Australian Manual Driver’s license
