You’ll work closely with a diverse team to maintain a safe and secure environment across the mine site. You’ll make a meaningful impact by protecting people, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement the Site Security Management Plan, including access control, personnel and vehicle searches, NPC clearance checks, drug and alcohol testing, and CCTV monitoring.
  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to maintain site security and safety.
  • Manage site entry points, verifying identification and authorisations for personnel, contractors, and visitors.
  • Assist with security audits and inspections and ensure all site security compliance requirements are completed and maintained.
  • Respond to incidents and provide support to emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities.
  • Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
