The Opportunity
As a key member of the Supply team at the St Ives Mine, you’ll help keep the operation running smoothly by managing the flow of parts, materials and consumables across the site.
Reporting to the Supply Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for core warehouse and delivery activities, ensuring accuracy, safety and timely service to all departments.
Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period.

- What You’ll Do
- Monitor, replenish and control critical spares and consumables to ensure operational continuity and minimise unplanned downtime across site.
- Accurately check incoming goods against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and ensure all materials are receipted and recorded correctly.
- Keep SAP bin locations, stock movements and warehouse records up to date to support reliable inventory visibility and audit compliance.
- Work closely with transport contractors to track shipments, manage delivery schedules and ensure materials arrive on site safely and on time.
- Distribute direct?charge items to the correct departments and work areas, ensuring materials reach end users efficiently and without delay.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping, safety and organisation within the warehouse to support a compliant, efficient and hazard?free work environment.
- What You’ll Bring
- Valid WA driver’s licence (MR class desirable)
- Current forklift licence
- Experience in a large warehouse or supply environment; mining experience advantageous
- Strong IT skills, including SAP or similar ERP and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
