St Ives Gold Mine, 8/6 (days), 7/7 (nights) roster FIFO from Perth or live locally in Kalgoorlie or Kambalda. Drive essential dewatering activities that keep our open-cut mining operations productive.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Dewatering Supervisor, this role involves carrying out dewatering tasks as part of our surface mining team at our owner-operated St Ives mine. Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications

- Certificate (PMBWELD301B) Butt welding of pipelines and piping components (desirable)
- Integrated Tool Handler qualifications or relevant experience (desirable)
- Dogging and/or Rigging Ticket (desirable)
About the Role
Install, move, and remove poly pipelines, diesel pumping systems, and associated plant to support open-cut mining dewatering operations. Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to meet maintenance targets and minimise downtime and production loss. Follow all task procedures, maintain high housekeeping standards, and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.
