Gold Education Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-regarded secondary school in the Witham area, currently seeking a passionate and inspiring Spanish Teacher to join their successful department on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to work with motivated students in a welcoming and forward-thinking environment. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, contribute to a thriving department, and support students in developing confidence and fluency in Spanish.
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 if applicable)
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support students in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Assess, track, and monitor progress, providing clear and meaningful feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving classroom environment
- Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in Spanish (ability to teach another language is a bonus)
- Experience teaching MFL in UK secondary schools
- A genuine passion for languages and student success
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
- A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
