On behalf of a well-established client, we are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the opening and registration of a new 4-bed Children’s Home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a new service from the ground up.
About the Client:
Our client operates several children’s homes, all rated Good or Outstanding, and has a strong reputation for quality and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Build and manage a high-performing care team
- Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people
- Maintain high standards in safeguarding and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Children's and Young People Workforce or Equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Preferred or working towards)
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in EBD
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good understanding of Ofsted regulations
