What does the role involve?

• Build friendships with residents to help them adjust to life in a care home.
• Deliver high-quality personal and psychological care to residents professionally.
• Maintain good communication with Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives for smooth operations.
• Complete records to a satisfactory standard, coordinating with the manager monthly.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients, staff, and business information.
• Plan and coordinate daytime and evening activities, creating a monthly activity planner.
• Encourage resident participation in activities, considering their hobbies and interests, and document outcomes.
• Work individually and within the team to support staff and meet the home\’s objectives.
