We are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong care sector knowledge to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy across the organisation. You will bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive presence, with the confidence to influence and challenge managers.
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders and home managers, providing strategic and hands-on HR support across a multi-site care environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practice, legal compliance and a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Partnering with Regional and Home Managers to support operational performance through effective people management
- Leading on complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
- Supporting recruitment, retention and workforce planning across the group
- Driving engagement, culture and leadership development initiatives
- Ensuring full compliance with employment law, CQC expectations and sector best practice
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and TUPE where required
- Coaching and developing managers to build a strong, compliant and confident leadership team
You will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the care sector. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner. Solid experience working within the care industry or a highly regulated sector. A hands-on approach with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels. Must have CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience). Must drive and have own car, will have to travel across homes as required.
