About the role: You will bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive presence, with the confidence to influence and challenge managers. As an ER Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders and home managers, providing strategic and hands-on HR support across a multi-site care environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practice, legal compliance and a strong employee experience.

  • Partnering with Regional Operations team and Home Managers to support operational performance through effective people management
  • Leading on all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
  • Ensuring full compliance with employment law, CQC expectations and sector best practice
  • Coaching and developing managers to build strong, compliant and confident leadership team
  • Supporting the HR Director in reporting metrics and data analysis

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing a large amount of employee relation cases
  • Solid experience working within the care industry or a highly regulated sector
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
  • Must drive and have own car, will have to travel across homes as required

Role Requirement: Please note that this is an on-site role. The selected candidate will be required to commute to the office in Uxbridge Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
