What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, cost control, and excellent hygiene standards.
  • Assist with training and developing the kitchen team while helping deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Support the Executive Chef in achieving Food & Beverage goals.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team to exceed guest service standards.
  • Assist with menu planning and implementation.

General Kitchen Duties:

  • Prepare food safely and to the correct standards in line with HACCP guidelines.
  • Follow food safety procedures, including FIFO, labeling, storage, and temperature control.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and minimise waste.
  • Monitor equipment and food temperatures, reporting any faults or maintenance issues.
  • Keep up to date with food safety policies and legal regulations.

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a big plus (but not essential)

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a variety of shifts, including weekends.
