We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

What does the role involve?
We are seeking Maternity Cover for 8-12 months.
- Achieving high standards of care.
- Leading the care team to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
- Maintaining effective communication, both verbal and written, with accurate reporting on residents and informing the senior care team of daily changes.
- Managing wound care.
- Ensuring care procedures are followed according to policy.
- Handling the ordering, administration, and recording of medicines as per policy and statutory requirements.
- Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Offering physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.
- Supervising and appraising staff within the allocated team or unit.
- Implementing routine and procedural changes as agreed with the Manager.
- Assessing prospective residents.
- Completing the duty rota as required.
- Conducting internal quality audits as directed by the Manager.
- Participating in staff training and development.
- Assisting the Manager with budget management, mainly at Deputy Manager level.
