About us
Gold Care Homes is a well-established independent care home group for the elderly, employing around 2,500 staff across 45 care homes. We are seeking a CRM to build trusting and positive relationships with key stakeholders, community ambassadors, prospective residents, and their families. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing empathetic and supportive guidance throughout the journey of choosing a care home. You will be on hand to answer questions, offer reassurance, and support individuals and families through to their eventual move into one of our homes.
You will be an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in complex or consultative sales within a target-driven environment. While strong sales capability is essential, your ability to demonstrate empathy and build meaningful relationships will be what sets you apart. This role will support homes across the Southern region, including South East London, Chessington, Kingston, Kingston upon Thames, and Brighton.

- Proven experience in targeted sales roles.
- Ability to create and nurture relationships and referrals with key stakeholders.
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with using a sales CRM software package such as SalesForce.

- Administrative duties, such as move in and contract paperwork.
