What does the role involve?
- Duties will include Barista work in our Coffee Shop, working on the Bar and in our Restaurant, operating till system, serving our customers and giving excellent customer service.
- To assist the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver a great service of food and beverages within well-presented and stocked catering outlets making every guest feel special. To maximise revenue and profit in all food and beverage outlets through the use of upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
