About Us: Gold Care Homes is a well-established national independent Care Homes group for the elderly. Established in 1999, Gold Care Homes operates 34 care homes across the South of England, offering a range of services including residential, nursing, frail elderly, and dementia care. The Executive Assistant is expected to act as Corporate and personal Secretary to the Directors; this job role will be based between Uxbridge and Basingstoke, dealing with matters within the care and hotel portfolio. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Create meeting timelines, prepare and distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, agenda, and materials, as well as subsequent updates or changes. Attend meetings and record and file minutes. Establish excellent working relationships with the Directors in verbal, written, and electronic correspondence. Create mailings, presentations, reports, and other materials for the Directors. Schedule appointments and maintain the Directors\β travel calendar. Prepare and edit correspondence. Make travel arrangements. Provide excellent record-keeping and administrative skills. Organise and execute all meetings and company events, while proactively managing them 3 months in advance. Build and cultivate relationships with stakeholders for the Directors. Availability to provide administrative support for the Directors as and when required. Support with personal arrangements as this is a family-owned business. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work under extreme pressure and meet deadlines. Handle all matters with utmost confidentiality. Understanding of project management. Flexibility in working hours. Professional and friendly demeanor. Confident and outgoing personality. Thorough attention to detail. Self-motivated.
