Director in Development Management

We are looking for a Corporate Development Director for a leading investment banking and M&A advisory firm. Please only apply if you have prior experience in Corporate Development/M&A/Investment Banking and you are located or you are ok to relocate to the London area. Experience working in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking or equivalent experience is a must. Strong financial acumen, including advanced analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps). Must be fluent in English Bachelor\’s degree in business, finance or related field is preferred MBA is a plus Competitive Compensation Deal Execution: Lead financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring, post deal integration. Special Projects: Support ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and special initiatives; help build scalable processes and drive best practices across strategic workstreams.
