Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company, we are recruiting on behalf of our client. We are looking for a Corporate Development Director for a leading investment banking and M&A advisory firm. Important: Please only apply if you have prior experience in Corporate Development/M&A/Investment Banking and you are located or you are ok to relocate to the London area. Key information: Years of experience: 8-12 years. Experience working in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking or equivalent experience is a must. Prior experience in corp dev is a strong plus. Strong financial acumen, including advanced analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps). Location: London Must be fluent in English Bachelor\’s degree in business, finance or related field is preferred MBA is a plus Competitive Compensation Key job activities include: Origination: Identify, evaluate, and initiate acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic goals Deal Execution: Lead financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring, post deal integration. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams and engage directly with senior executives, including the C-suite, to align on strategy and drive execution. Special Projects: Support ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and special initiatives; help build scalable processes and drive best practices across strategic workstreams.
