About Golborne High School
Golborne is a flourishing and heavily oversubscribed 11-16 secondary school, proud to provide an exceptional education for the children of Golborne and Lowton. It is one of a very small number of state, comprehensive secondary schools in the North West to be awarded an Ofsted judgement of Outstanding, with a broad and ambitious curriculum and opportunities for personal development beyond the classroom. Role and responsibilities
Golborne High School is looking to appoint proactive and dynamic individuals who are passionate about the learning of pupils who have a special education need and/or disability. The SEND Reading Coaching role will work directly with the SENDCo and deliver a programme that supports our SEND pupils. The school has invested in the Inclusive Classroom which offers both pastoral and academic provision.
