Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, suitably experienced and qualified person to support teachers, supervise classes and assist pupils in their learning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a wide range of teaching and learning activities.
- Assist and support qualified teachers in classroom work.
- Supervise classes and support the learning of pupils as they complete work.
Qualifications:
- Good standard of education, including English and Maths at GCSE grade C.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working with 11‑16 year olds in a classroom environment.
- Flexible and positive approach.
