The successful candidate will, under the reasonable direction of the Head teacher, carry out the professional duties of a schoolteacher as set out in the current School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD). Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students.
  • Monitoring and supporting the overall progress and development of students.
  • Facilitating and encouraging a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
  • Contributing to raising standards of student potential.
  • Sharing and supporting the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
