The role
Goji is looking for a Senior Customer Success Executive to join our Commercial team. This is a crucial, high-impact role that blends traditional Customer Success duties with key responsibilities supporting our business growth initiatives - specifically supporting our sales efforts on RFPs/RFIs and helping to develop and implement a partnership strategy. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients thrive while actively contributing to our new business development and partnerships. Requirements
- Client Onboarding: Support on client onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to tailor the experience to client needs.
- Adoption & Growth: Drive product adoption and promote growth from existing clients by identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance their use of the Goji platform.
- Proactive Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor customer health, anticipate client challenges, and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring long-term client success and reducing churn.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust, collaboration, and advocacy for the Goji platform.
- RFP/RFI Coordination: Support the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) as a key contributor covering multiple aspects of the response.
- Partnership Implementation Support: Assist in the development and operational implementation of Goji's partnership strategy. This involves researching and documenting potential partners, tracking ongoing alliance activities, and supporting the cultivation of these relationships.
- Platform Demos: Develop expert level knowledge of the Goji platform and be responsible for completing customised set up for delivering compelling platform demos to late-stage prospects and existing clients.
- Sales & CS Support: Produce high-quality client and late-stage prospect-facing materials to support both sales cycles and client adoption efforts.
