About the Job Job Summary Crown Commercial Service (CCS) seeks a Delivery Manager to oversee one or more agile projects, delivering specific products, technical solutions, or transformations through a multidisciplinary, highly skilled team. This role involves high-profile projects with significant board-level engagement. Responsibilities Deliver digital projects and products using agile methodologies, learning, and practices. Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams, including matrix management, ensuring projects meet agreed milestones. Understand policy and operational issues affecting digital project delivery and share knowledge across the Portfolio Office. Manage risks and issues, adhering to CCS policies, proposing mitigation, and escalating as needed. Provide clear reporting on digital delivery progress to the Senior Delivery Manager. Manage dependencies across enterprise technical products and collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous improvement. Resolve technical and digital problems, issues, and risks. Work with the Business Relationship team to understand customer requirements and ensure delivery meets outcomes. Prepare briefing materials and plans to support delivery and stakeholder engagement. Essential Criteria Proven experience in delivering small digital projects or work streams in the public or private sector. Experience in leading small teams and managing projects in fast-paced, multi-site environments. Knowledge of agile delivery techniques (SCRUM) and ITIL4 processes.
