Für unser Finance Team suchen wir nun einen erfahrenen Finanzbuchhalter-Finance Accountant (m/w/d), der die buchhalterischen Prozesse für die DACH-Region verantwortet.
Your tasks:
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (ggf. auch IFRS)
- Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch)
- Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen und internen/externen Audits
- Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Automatisierungen im Bereich Finance
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzsysteme und -tools
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB, Kenntnisse in IFRS sind ein Plus
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und bei der Vorbereitung von Audits
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV, Navision, NetSuite)
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
