Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Test 2 Specialist to join our team. As a Test 2 Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and administering language proficiency exams and providing detailed reports and analysis to our clients. This is a vital role that requires a strong understanding of language assessment principles and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement language proficiency exams for a wide range of clients and purposes
- Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations to clients
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all test materials and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our testing systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in language assessment
- Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on the use of our testing systems
- Assist with the development and customization of training materials for our clients
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of new testing methods and tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all test results and client information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in language assessment, linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in language assessment or a related field
- Strong understanding of language assessment principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience with statistical analyses and data interpretation preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
