While you’re based in Newton-le-Willows, your reach is global. You’ll be sourcing talent for projects spanning the UK to the Middle East. What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, or resourcing, ideally within technical or engineering sectors. You’ll be the first point of contact for high-level engineers and specialists; you need the confidence to build rapport quickly.

  • The ability to understand complex job specs and narrow down a global talent pool to the top 5%.

The Package
