We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cash handling operations at GoHire. This pivotal position will oversee the daily activities of the cashiers, ensuring an efficient and customer-focused service. You will play a crucial role in managing transactions, training staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cash security.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the cashier team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling processes, including cash registers, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Implement and uphold cash management policies and procedures.
- Train and develop cashiers to enhance their performance and service delivery.
- Monitor transactions for accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and professionally.
- Prepare reports on cash flow and sales performance for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or similar environment.
