GoHire is seeking a highly motivated, innovative Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of our business development processes, from the initial search for potential clients to the final stages of the project. This role is best suited for an individual who is passionate about driving business growth and establishing long-term partnerships with organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization to establish new leads and potential new markets.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Work with team to develop proposals that address the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets.
- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow-through on client contracts.
