The role
We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management of GoHenry’s social media channels. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving reach, engagement, and brand affinity through a well-planned, dynamic social content calendar and active community management.
This role also includes hands-on content production—concepting, creating, and delivering compelling posts across platforms, as well as managing our influencer partnerships and UGC creator roster.
What you will do at GoHenry:

  • Lead the social media strategy: Develop and execute a multi-platform approach to grow reach, engagement, and brand love across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Drive community engagement: Create and manage a content calendar that sparks meaningful conversations with parents and nurtures our online community.
  • Be a content creator: Independently produce engaging static and motion content to support always-on and campaign content.
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio: Partner with our internal creative team to plan and deliver a steady stream of branded content, including static assets, video, and UGC, that brings the GoHenry story to life.
  • Work cross-functionally: Align with the Comms, Integrated Marketing, Product and Creative teams to amplify brand campaigns, public affairs initiatives, and key messages on social channels.
  • Develop community management strategies: Define an approach for managing social engagement, including identifying opportunities to proactively connect with customers through comments and conversations. Work closely with the Member Services team to ensure timely, accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Manage creators & influencers: Build and scale a UK-focused roster of creators and influencers, managing relationships and budgets for UGC and performance-based partnerships.
  • Support on creative testing sprints: Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to source creators and brief content across Meta, TikTok, and podcast ads.
  • Lead ambassador programs: Manage ongoing partnerships with high-performing creators to drive sign-ups through affiliate campaigns.
  • Boost brand trust: Showcase customer reviews, awards, and media coverage on social channels to build credibility and drive awareness.
  • Own brand activations: Take full ownership of our annual Dream Big brand campaign—from concept to execution.
  • Support broader marketing plans: Work closely with the wider Integrated Marketing team on seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and IP activations.
What you will bring to GoHenry:
  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social media accounts, for a consumer-facing brand, with a strong understanding of platform best practices (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Content creation skills, including graphic design and short-form video editing.
  • Experience with content scheduling and social analytics tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and paid social, including understanding how organic and paid content work together to drive performance.
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiations, briefs, and performance tracking.
  • Understanding of community management principles, including moderating comments, handling sensitive topics, and representing brand tone appropriately.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional inputs.
