Go Henry is seeking a Senior People Partner to own employee relations, performance cycles and talent conversations across the business.

You’ll partner with the Head of HR to shape how ER cases are handled, how reviews run, and how talent planning evolves in a fast‑growing fintech used by families.

You will bring around 8 years in HR, deep UK employment law knowledge, and hands‑on experience with HRIS (Hi Bob) to drive data‑led people decisions and scalable processes across the organisation.
