We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect/Developer to report to the Senior Salesforce Platform Manager and work across the Salesforce Service Cloud product to deliver continuous improvement, optimisation, and development of the Support Domain. You will be a key player in ensuring the Salesforce roadmap is aligned with our global company goals and serves as a robust backbone for our operations.
What you will do at GoHenry:
- Salesforce Platform Delivery: Lead hands‑on configuration, implementation, and support of all projects on the Service Cloud platform and connected 3rd‑party apps to enhance capabilities and the customer experience.
- Solution Architecture & Builds: Collaborate with colleagues and end customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Custom Development: Develop, test, and deploy Custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to extend the platform’s UI and functionality using Apex and JavaScript.
- User Support & Advisory: Manage the JIRA ticket system to provide day‑to‑day platform support, acting as a trusted advisor to the wider business.
- System Health & Maintenance: Oversee security reviews, sandbox management, release updates, and health checks, while maintaining high‑quality technical documentation and user guides.
- Data Management: Monitor data flows, manage backup and archive administration, and track platform usage, storage, and licenses.
- Strategic Contribution: Work with the Operations Team to ensure the platform supports technical and strategic OKRs and KPIs.
