GoHenry – Customer Service Representative (Part‑Time)
Location: Farnborough, England, United Kingdom
Salary: £23,810 (prorated for part‑time)
Shift pattern: Flexible part‑time, permanent, fixed shift pattern that will not change each week.
Job Overview: You will be the customer\’s first point of contact, providing fact‑finding, resolution, and guidance. Communicate through phone, in‑app chat, and email. Offer support and empower customers to make the best use of GoHenry.
Shift Options:
- Option 1: Friday 4pm‑8pm & Saturday 12pm‑8pm (11.5 hours)
- Option 2: Monday 4pm‑8pm & Saturday 12pm‑8pm (1.5 hours)
- Option 3: Monday 4pm‑8pm & Saturday 8am‑4pm (11.5 hours)
Training & Support: We provide concentrated training of 6‑10 weeks based on your hours. Afterward, we offer regular training to keep skills current. We strive to develop transferable, career‑building skills—and offer opportunities for certified qualifications if desired. You’ll have the time and tools to give patients, thoughtful solutions and a great experience to customers.
Requirements:
- Transferable customer service skills from a contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- High standard of written and verbal English.
