Responsibilities
- Lead the Core Experience team as Product Manager and educate the next generation, ensuring families invest for tomorrow and mobilise their village to reach shared money goals.
- Own the Core Experience roadmap; define and execute the product strategy for the cross‑functional team, setting the standard for operations and ensuring delivery for our customers.
- Educate and innovate by shaping new initiatives that are uniquely GoHenry, based on a deep understanding of families.
- Guide and grow at every life stage: tailor product experience from birth through adulthood, embedding investing as the common thread.
- Build community bonds to make healthy money habits a collective goal rather than a parental chore.
- Elevate core features, raising the bar on key customer journeys such as spending with the kids’ card, paying allowance, reaching savings goals, and investing for the future.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in B2C fintech, gaming or ed‑tech environments.
- Ability to think systemically and create product ecosystems that compound effectiveness.
- Experience shipping customer‑facing AI products that solve unique problems.
- Standard‑setter mindset: drive to raise the bar for product craft across the Product function.
- Bias to action: ability to move fast, raise the bar for customers and colleagues, and get things done.
- Strong synthesis and simplification skills: translate strategy and insights into compelling stories that rally the team.
- Customer empathy: deep understanding of families and ability to deliver inclusive experiences that strengthen connections.
