GoHenry is the money app giving kids a head start in life as they learn to earn, save, spend and invest – all with parental oversight. Having pioneered a new category in financial education when it launched in 2012, over 2.3 million kids have now learnt money skills with GoHenry. With the ultimate goal to make every kid smart with money, GoHenry believes the best way to learn is to get hands‑on experience with money. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager for our Core Experience team to join our mission.
You’ll be responsible for educating the next generation, ensuring their families invest for tomorrow, and mobilising their village to reach shared money goals.
What you will do at GoHenry:
- Own the Core Experience roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for the cross‑functional Core Experience team, setting the standard for how it operates and ensuring it delivers for our customers.
- Educate and innovate: Shape new initiatives that are uniquely GoHenry, based on a deep understanding of families. This includes our AI‑for‑good features, as well as shared money moments that teach key money concepts.
- Guide and grow at every life stage: Tailor the product experience starting at birth with investing as the common thread, so every kid graduates into adulthood set up for success.
- Build community bonds: Make healthy money habits a collective goal rather than a parental chore.
- Elevate core features: Raise the bar on key customer journeys such as spending with the kids’ card, paying allowance, reaching a savings goal or investing for the future.
What you will bring to GoHenry:
- Proven track record: 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a history of creating engagement loops that build healthy habits and improve customer retention, specifically within B2C fintech, gaming or ed‑tech environments.
- Customer empathy: The drive to understand the unique needs of families and deliver inclusive experiences that strengthen connections between them.
- Customer‑facing AI experience: The expertise and curiosity to ship AI products that uniquely solve customer problems.
- Ability to synthesize and simplify: A mastery of translating product strategy and customer insights into a simple, compelling story that the team rallies around.
- Systems thinking: The vision to create a system of products and features that compound their effectiveness.
- Standard‑setter: The drive to raise the bar for product craft across the wider Product function.
- Bias to action: A drive to go fast, raise the bar for our customers and your colleagues, and find a way to get things done – no matter how hard the problem.
