GoHenry is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the business, ensuring accuracy in data and providing insights that drive decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the month‑end reporting process, variance analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Analyse and validate operating expenses to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various financial reports.
- Regularly monitor KPIs and financial performance.
- Support internal stakeholders across the business with change initiatives, e.g., understanding the financial implications of new supplier contracts.
- Assist senior members of the team with forecasting, budgeting cycles and the development of the Group’s Financial Model.
- Help identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies by working closely with various stakeholders and analysing historical trends.
- Support the FP&A team with ad‑hoc administrative duties and analysis as they arise, e.g., managing internal training for the team.
What you’ll bring
- Direct experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
- Advanced user of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills in a data‑rich environment.
- Personable with an ability to collaborate with non‑finance business partners.
- Able to prioritise in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, driving work to completion.
- Driven by analytics and data, keen to make a real impact on the growth of the business.
- Experience in planning and reporting across different financial / data systems, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Team player, with a strong sense of purpose and high integrity.
